It is true, the mountain rises steep and rugged above this old mining town. The scope and size of the resorts are different, as are the overall atmosphere and value. Not so today at @redriverskiarea in New Mexico. On the first bluebird day after a three day storm, we scored this lovely view and fast, fun snow at 2:00 pm.
